These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using SwipeNote (“the App”), developed and maintained by an individual hobbyist developer (“I”, “me”, or “my”).

By downloading, installing, or using SwipeNote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

SwipeNote is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. You may use the App to create, view, and manage your notes and ideas.

SwipeNote does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for its basic functionality.

SwipeNote is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
While I do my best to ensure a stable experience, I cannot guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages or data loss arising from the use or inability to use SwipeNote.

7. Updates and Changes

I may update or modify the App and these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect once they are made available within the App or on the App Store listing.
